The official inauguration of the new QStahl plant took place today in Villa Santina. QStahl is a Eurolls Group company dedicated to the exclusive distribution of Böhler special steels in the Triveneto area.
The event was attended by around 80 guests, including representatives of institutions, industry associations, partners and companies. Among those present were Regional Councillor Barbara Zilli, the Mayor of Villa Santina Domenico Giatti, the Mayor of Resia Anna Micelli, and the presidents of the main local and sector associations.
Speakers at the inauguration included Renato Railz, President of the Eurolls Group, Matteo Querini, CEO of QStahl, and Mauro Bortolotti, Country Manager of Voestalpine High Performance Metals Italia.
QStahl was established with the aim of offering local companies a qualified point of reference for the supply of Böhler special steels, combining distribution with a range of services designed to simplify and improve material management: steel cutting, pickup and delivery, and technical support in material selection.
These services are further enhanced by integration with Eurolls’ technological expertise, allowing the steel supply to be combined with high-performance treatments and coatings, carried out according to the customer’s specific application requirements.
As Regional Councillor Barbara Zilli stated:
“Seeing a Friulian company become a point of reference for the resale of Böhler steels throughout the North-East is an achievement that rewards the quality and seriousness of this major industrial project.”
The opening of the new plant represents a strategic investment for the local area and a further step in the Eurolls Group’s growth path, confirming its commitment to strengthening the local industrial supply chain through expertise, services and technologies supporting businesses.
With QStahl, companies in the North-East can count on a local, structured and integrated partner, capable of combining steel, service and technology in a single offering.
