Every tube production line operates under specific conditions. Material, product geometry, welding technology and line configuration directly influence roll design.
Eurolls develops tailor-made solutions for welded tubes, open profiles and special profiles, compatible with the main line configurations, including cage forming and downhill systems.
Technical process analysis, supported by proprietary software and FEM simulations, makes it possible to define the most suitable forming sequence and optimize load distribution, with the aim of improving forming stability, weld quality and roll service life.
Materials are selected according to the application and may include tool steels, tungsten carbide and compound solutions in the most highly stressed areas.
From engineering to in-house manufacturing, every stage is managed to ensure reliability, traceability and production continuity.
