ROLLING CASSETTES FOR REINFORCEMENT WIRE
Cassettes type CA and CB are mostly used to process ribbed or smooth reinforcement wire in one, two, or three drafts machines.
Easy to use and mantain, to open and to close the rolls sets to introduce wire and return to the staring position. Thanks to their strong structure these cassettes are able to work also in severe conditions. Those models can be used to process, in addition to low and medium carbon smooth and ribbed wire, also high-carbon wire, indented wire, copper, alluminum, and other special materials. Each model can cover different ranges on entry and exit wires according to several parameter which will be evaluated time to time. Cassettes includes cooling and greasing systems together with the handle and digital counter.
